Here's a thought for the day that will make you wonder. I mean, make you REALLY wonder what would/could happen:

Imagine USA's borders get broken wide open (if not already). Canada and Mexico both kind of say, "Oops, sorry...". But we don't get bombarded with Canadians or Mexicans. We get truck loads of muslim terrorists and extremists by the millions into the USA. Next thing you see is a national TV breaking news coverage from the extremists saying, "We're here, America. Surrender to Allah or be terminated one by one."

Left: OMG, please don't hurt me... I'll do anything you say... [

Right: Yeah? Come on.... BRING IT!!!! [:@]

Question: Which side will you be on?

Liberals as a group have made it clear that they have no will to fight. They abhor physical violence, and so they attempt to ban guns and make it a crime to defend yourself. That issue alone shows where they stand when it comes to fighting back against a murderous enemy.

I'll take my guns and stay on the right side.

You are suggesting a time when you either choose to live a pitiful life, a downtrodden life a shackled life under a religion that we do not follow here, but being alive verses fighting for what you believe in and likely dying doing so. I hope I have the conviction to fight and die.

I would disagree. An individual who subscribes to a mentality of victimhood in life will continue to think so regardless of the situation. The Left fits into this group well, hence the need to "progress" in order to even the playing field for all.

No, I mean the Left, regardless of party affiliation. Your average American Democrat is not exactly a flaming liberal, despite the party leaders' agendas. It's the ones who hang on every word coming from Kennedy, Kerry, Clinton, etc. who would do nothing.

I don't think it would be an extreme minority. Even if you exclude women and children, there are a number of men (masculine-types?) who would parade around with peace sign before picking up a rifle in defense of the country. Especially in the generations born since Vietnam.

True enough. But terrorists are going to kill us whether we fight back or not (unless we decide to take up fundamentalist Islam). If a person is going to die anyway, it's better to take a few nutjobs with down at the same time. Cowering only prolongs the torment of losing freedom.

The left are tumbleweeds in the wind. They go where the wind blows. Meaning they follow the pressure they feel. If it was advantageous to fight they would fight (Iraq war). When sentiment erupts they go with the change and take the opposite view. (post Iraq war) They would take the diplomatic side and try to have 5 party negotiations and all that shiiite. It would take the huge cajons from the right side of the aisle to drive out the terrorists.

Mexico has already encouraged their people to go to the US. 15 milion last year crossed. All nontaxpayers and assistance eaters. Close the borders now save our children and theirs after.
