I hope this guy Juan Manuel Alvarez gets put to death. I'm sure they'll argue insanity since he was "suicidal".

They dont need to put him to death, that would be too expensive. What they need to do is lock him up in a cell with razorblads, ropes, arsnic, etc. etc. and not let him out for any reason. He would probably save us all a lot of money.

I have been hearing about this all day, I just now learned of the full story, thanks for posting.

Just saying there is no way an insanity defense would work. Actually maybe he should go for it because it hardly ever works.
