New Federal Deficit Record

The deficit is now 427 billion dollars.Gee I guess the US can afford to help out everybody but themselves.The tsunami is costing us 5 million a day for assistance and they are going to ask for more money.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I agree. I count every dime spent toward the deficit. Otherwise there will always be "emergency" spending somewhere.

The problem is that we will still be stuck in a rut according to those projections. We will still be losing more than we are bringing in.
