does seem a little light--especially since the state had to remove all that soil as well--he should have gotten to spend some time behind bars as too--or wear one of those orange suits and pick up trash for about 2 years

Maybe now people can take this case as an example as it dont matter how much money you got, you do the damn crime then you need to to the same amount of time as everyone else. THese rich guys shouldn't be able to buy theirselves out of these situations

We can only hope. I have been an advocate of extremely harsh penalties when it comes to white collar crime - but they always seem to have the right strings to pull.

We have several high profile cases in Wisconsin pending that will stomp on the balls of some of the "elite", and i'm tickled pink that it's going on.

It's all due to Vince Biskupic, our new federal prosecutor - little skinny geeky guy but I would probably crap in my pants in his presence. I love people like that, absolutely unshakable in their quest...... the quest for honesty.
