Leave it to someone to turn a social security thread into an abortion battle.
Clint, your logic about this is about as flawed as the foundation of the leaning tower of Pisa. In case you haven't noticed the population of the United States is expanding faster than we can build houses. As is the rest of the world.
If you would research stuff like what you said before you opened your mouth about it you would learn that
in the US there is a birth every 8 seconds, a death every 13 seconds, an immigrant every 26 seconds resulting in a gain of one person every 12 seconds. Seems to me that the births are out numbering the deaths by a margin of 61%. So looking at the data there are more than enough young workers to pay for the elderly's social security.
SS won't be there in the future because our government spends our money on what ever it can with little regard of cost effectiveness, debt, who actually needs it (AMERICANS), if we actually care what is done with it, etc... etc...
