Default Another Columbine type list!!!!

http://www.11alive.com/news/news_art...?storyID=57241
I heard about this the other day- but didn't pay much attention. I found out today that this girl is in my brother's class and is one of his assistants for the schools web page. What is happening to our children????

If you want to answer this question, you must first ask another one: where are their parents?

I don't think it always the parents, sometimes normal families just have a messed up son or daughter.

Messed up or not, a parent still has authority over the child. If a person can't handle that authority, then he/she has no business parenting. I really don't understand what the issue is. As many hours as my father worked, he still had enough time to look through my room when I wasn't home, chat with my principal on a regular basis, and ask me what's going on in my life. I was never able to hide anything from him. I wasn't a violent kid, but I was a definitely mischevious. I credit dad single-handedly with keeping me out of juvy.

Where are the others like him?

I think the schools are going to far in the no taleracen crap. When I went to school I took my gun so I could hunt after school.I think most every persion out there has made a socalled hit list EVEN if it was in there mind.I think the old way of fist fighting in the locker room solved way more problems than all the new crap that people try to come up with.
The bigest thing roung with kids is NO spanking The punishment they get is crap like STOP IT NOW repeet repeet repeet. If you set the clear rules and punish them. Not send them hume on vacation.

The only real help I got in school was by 3 people.

1 my 7th grade englsh teacher she gave me full creadet if I fixed 1/2 of my mistakes. My hat is off to her now.

2 My bio teacher who made extra classes so I could learn more about animals. One of the only reasions for me to go to school.

3 The principal for taking my hunting RIFLE to the office every day of deer seasion. If this was not done I would not go to school.

The 3 reasions turned me from a D student to an A student for my last 2 years of high school.

Now days if you have any problem in school they just kick you out.I do not beleave this will ever help us as a group. There do not learn from this and they are still in your town.

I had a good dad and mom there was all ways some thing done if i needed it.But at school every kid knows you can do anything they cant do any thing but kick you out.

I still make "hit lists" in my head. What does that mean?

George Orwell would be proud.

It's called "venting"... and as Aught said, if the spawn of retards seems like she can't get it together, then you can be concerned. Other than that, you simply let her know it's inappropriate.

I disagree. I'll admit it's parents most of the time but there are some kids who are just messed up and no amount of parenting is going to fix them. We call those kids job security.
