If this is on the up and up your ex will probably be charged with neglect and you'll get your son.

Sorry about what happened, but as we told "onebullet", outsiders don't have influence. Go to your family and friends that know you.

Outside will help and I have went to family and friends.
everyone can help.
I am on the up and up with this you can go to your search and type in hunting accidents and look up dalton baty there are news clipping about this on the net so you may think that outside wont help and you may even be right but it would not hurt you or anyone to simply write a short letter of pressure, also where this happened is a small town and if you know anything about small towns they dont like to ruffle feathers or bother with something, srs takes kids from there home for stupid reasons but not for the right ones over half the time so ask yourself if this was your child wouldnt you want anyone that might be able to help to help.
please dont think im tring to start trouble with you becasue the is the last thing i want is to make enemys i havent even met, i just think it could help, no one is saying it will but if there is a chance please take it. it will only cost you the stamp isnt that worth trying.

Well, it checks out.

I would still suggest that you implore the D.A. to go after your EX.

i dont know guys maybe she should plead for help with the anti-hunters [:-]
seems like a poster child for them[]as it seems no one here want to get "involved"

holy cow it might bring them down to a human commitment that involves actually having to help someone personally- oooohhhhh noooooo---- but you will expend more energy here bickering than to send a letter and ask the simple question!!!!!

"why was a 10 year old sent ==to find an 11 year old in the dark ==with a gun during a deer hunt ==when the age for being unsupervised and hunting is 12?"WHY DID THE ADULT NOT GO

does NO ONE else SEE a problem here????????

if not then i just found a reason to take the side of anti-hunting-

too many deaf, dumb, and blind people hunting-

you dont want to hear it
you dont want to talk about it(get involved)
or you turn a blind eye to it

IMHO== go on fellas rip me to shreads==its water off a ducks back to me anymore

i am here tina and jess
dont take what they SAY here personally--take their actions for the way their hearts TRUELY ARE and not like they wished they COULD BE

KEEP FAITH AND KEEP PRAYING- he is also shedding the scales from my eyes to see things as they really are concerning peoples hearts--- for this i thank and praise him

HE THAT DOETH "THIS" UPON THE LEAST OF MY CHILDREN-HE DOETH "THIS" ALSO UNTO ME-CHRIST

do unto others as you would have them do unto you-confusious

as was stated by tina-"it does not sound like they will do anything to him"

outsiders dont have influence?
to ask a question that reflects on all as gun owners and their attitudes toward keeping guns out of the hands of CHILDREN?
tard you know that thing called- lobbying-- its what outsiders do to get something they desire done- its done everyday and you know that

i am surprised that this is coming from you--based on all the smart things i have read from you

They figure that the loss of a child is punishment enough and for a normal man it would be,I don't know about this guy.

I wish I could say that my dad feels terrible, but he is blaming it on Briar, and he told me that Dalton's dead soo just move on with it.. He is constantly blaming it on Briar.. and Briar isn't doing so well.. He wont talk to anyone, he's pretty much played it off like it didnt' happen... At first he wanted to talk to my dad about it, but my dad would just say that he didn't have a right to talk about it because he was the one who killed him.. My dad has always been like that.. He gave up all rights to me and my little sister when we moved in with my mom.. and he called Dalton a fag all the time.. and still tells Briar he is stupid ... So, my dad (as a dad) probably feels a little bit of sadness b/c he did lose a son.. but he is a jerk.. and doesnt really care about anything and wont help Briar threw this. And see, I'm not really upset with him because of the death, I'm upset with him because he isn't helping Briar out and briar needs it.. Dalton is no longer here, and I cant change that.. but Briar is.. and he is hurt more...

Onebullet, since you're helping Tina, have you talked with her attorney about the case and/or the local District attorney to see why the ex-husband is not being prosecuted?
