I didnt have the money to retain an attorney, so you know how that goes. I have been calling on the SRS ever since my kids were telling me about him calling them -sluts, ******s, and worse. When Jessica came home from a weekend visit with a huge hand print on her leg is when i called again and thats when they investigated. it was Substantiated on all four kids but that was it. nothing, I called and asked them if they were gonna do anything they said no, I said "what is it gonna take one of my kids to be seriously hurt or the death of one of them" they said yes something like that. well now I have one dead and the other hurt because no one wanted to listen then and your right they do think it was because i was an angry mother and wanted my kids it was more then that i am angry now- but then I just wanted somone to help my kids. . I beleive if the SRS had done there job a year ago I would have had all four of my kids and this would not have happened. Briar is still with him I just dont understand why.
Yes iam legally divorced. I havent asked for the police report yet because they are still waiting on some of the reports to be collected and I have an attorney that is requesting them. But, I dont believe Brent should get away with this, the neglect is eveident.

I also want to thank you Sam for talking to my daughter believe it or not you have helped her believe again that people do care that her brother's death isnt something that went un noticed. You have to understand its more then just Dalton's death its about a father who doesnt care, but I do and I love each and everyone of my babies. Right now it just feels as though I lost both my sons'. I have been in a corner for so long and now I am fighting not just for me but for my kids and to bring Justice in the death of Dalton.

And you need to understand that the majority of people are not going to start writing letters to support somebody they do not know. While "Tina" may be a very good mother getting the shaft, as far as we know the opposite may be true. We don't know her and don't know all the true details of her situation.
The courts aren't always right 100% of the time, but all-in-all they do a good job and make the right decisions.

i know her personally and she is who she says, a concerned mother who lost a child and afraid for the other- ( if you need her phone number to confirm for youself i will ask her if it is okay to give it out) all i ask for her is to send letters to whom she asked us to- and all that needs to be asked (as gun owners) are the questions i raised in the post, we cant demand anything on her part,
