Art Bell; Coast to Coast AM

I listen to a lot of talk radio but haven't listened to Art Bell and coast to coast AM since I was in college. His show has gone off the deep end. UFO this, UFO that, what a bunch of nut cases. I am sick and tired of these UFO nuts and this ridiculas "alien obduction" nonsense. Art Bell many moons ago (pun intended) use to talk about politics, what happened to that show? Some of the callers are just whacked.

I used to listen to Art Bell when I was driving to various jobs cross country when there was nothing else to listen to. He and his callers were more than a bit spaced out, even back then.

Some times I find it good entertainment , and just take it for what it is. Last I knew George Norrie had taken over most of the C to C airtime

I think your right, George Norry is in there now. I think Bell was on for a weekend special or something. I just can't believe that some of the callers actually believe what some of those professors, specialist, or whatever are, are saying on there. Conspiracy this, conspiracy that. Anytime you try to refute a conspiracy they simple respond with "that's what they want you to believe". Or, if a professional starts to refute them they will accuse them of being a plant or something. Oh well.

Coast to Coast is the kind of thing that appears when someone decided to cancel the X-Files. Just another place for fruitcakes to get their conspiracy fix.
