OK first this of all this might seam like a harsh way of doing things but it also seams this is the ONLY way to win the war over in IRAQ.
It's time to move our troops to surround the borders of IRAQ and yes we have enough forces to do the job. When I say surround, that's what I mean.....Cover every square foot of the border. Drop leaflets, make announcements, whatever. Tell the people of Iraq to head to the border and they will be safe and be able to return to a rebuilt and better Iraq once the job is done. Yes, we would have to rebuild just about every structure in Iraq but it would save money and lives in the long run. Give the people a time frame. Make sure they are told "if you don't leave, you WILL die !!!" After the time frame has passed open up the largest bombing campaign the world has EVER seen. Those who have not left is considered an enemy. Those who go to the borders and have been cleared, may return to where their homes once were and the "re-building" stage can begin. Of course it will take a HUGE amount of money, but like i said, it will be cheaper in the long run. If not, this war is going to go on for EVER.
There's a reason why people who have extensive schooling in military strategy, tactics, and history run the military instead of a random average Joe who posts on an internet opinion site.

I'd call it war. When middle-eastern terrorists flew planes into our buildings and killed innocent civilans, thats when the war kicked off.

This war was about a lot of things, military bases in Iraq (no being built), stabliization another coutnry in the middle east, etc. However, it was certianly NEVER about protecting Americans on american soil from Sadam Hussien.
