Yeah....he's scary weird..but actually he is in need of some psychiatric care. It sounds (from that short 4 minutes) lik his base with reality was severed a long time ago. Hard to know if he's wacked out from long term continued drug use or possibly has a disorder of some kind. Either way, as funny as he is, it appears to me that he needs help...and not just a little bit.
