Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Bikini Patrol T-shirt

This just happened 20 minutes ago. Staff at highschool came into room and told student to put coat over T-shirt.

It read--Bikini Patrol on back same title but below it, it read Lotion Rubbing Expert

Just read it myself 2 minutes ago and thought the cover up ridiculous.

Politically correct education in progress.

When you think about it, most adolescent males are indeed experts on lotion rubbing. I don't understand the big deal, myself.

We have a dress code about as strict as that. It's a pain in the neck to enforce, but it's there. Can't say I disagree with the profanity/alcohol/drug references. I could let clever inuendo - type shrits slide, if it were my decision to make.

As an aside if you don't mind Buck Mine, would you discourage a teenage son from wearing that sort of tee-shirt to school?

I would. I feel there are enough sexual messages floating around already without the need of it in a high school class room.

Thanks

If the shirt was obscene, then I don't have a problem with the action of the school. Remember, the 1st Amendment does NOT protect public displays of profanity or obscenity.

What torques me off is when the retarded "zero-tolerance" policies, and the leftists that enforce then in the public schools, cause a kid to be expelled for wearing an NRA shooting team shirt that depicts a teenager with a target rifle at an organized shoot because it somehow supports violence simply because it involves a gun. Fortunately for the kid involved, he sued the school because they had, in fact, infringed upon hir first Amendment right to express his interest in the lawful execution of his 2nd Amendment rights, and won.

As the mother of 4 boys........LMBO @ Aught Six!

As for the shirt, I wouldn't have allowed any of my boys to wear it. They have 2 little sisters. I worked very hard at not letting the girls see their brothers view/treat/talk about girls as sexual objects. Not easy, as all the boys were teenagers at the same time, but it was important for the girls to not see themselves that way. They get enough of that crap every day of their lives from absolutely everywhere they look---TV, music, bumperstickers, the check-out lane at the supermarket. All of these things affect how we women see ourselves, and it sucks. Especially when we're young and growing up.
