I'll bet he's dead by the weekend. Machines can do a lot to keep a body alive, but his is beyond falling apart.

I can't say I know who'll win the war over "control" of Palestine, though. If I had to guess today, I'd say the militants in the PLO and PA will keep calling the shots, and push away any moderates who want to negotiate directly with Sharon. Only time will tell, and we should see things happening pretty quickly.

Does Arafat have AIDS?

Well, this morning, Yahoo news said Arafat was dead. Now it says he's alive. I guess we won't be able to trust the reports...
