Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

They are talking about close vote in New Mexico on the popular vote, but the absentee ballots are about 20% I'm hearing. I don't think there is a change of knowing who won for a couple weeks. This is killing me, but as for the popular vote so far, W is doing great. I'm loving this so far.

I volunteered to hand out Pro Bush stickers and sample ballots this morning for a few hours at the polls. I was surprised that about 35-40% of the black voters took the sticker and at least half of them put it on. Now I'm in the county and not in the city so it's a different dynamic but the way the media had it played out I figured I would get a lot of rejection. I offered the sticker to EVERYONE, and the ballot as well. I smiled and tried to sell everyone. I figure anyone who can read and do rudamentary math can understand that the Dem's are trying to steal your wallet, and that's what speaks to me so I figured it might speak to everyone else as well.
I only had 3 voters who were pissed off at me for supporting Bush. Most everyone was good natured and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I love this country more and more the older and more involved I get.

If Bush takes Ohio, the other states won't matter. Kerry should give it up and not drag this country through the mud again.
