I thought that we are supposed to support hunting and fishing, including the efforts of those not as experienced as ourselves. I would say that any political figure who is showing the positive aspects of hunting should be applauded regardless if you think they are a good presidental canidate or not.
John Kerry hunted and fished before running for president, I am guessing that he will do so afterwards. Just becuase he isn't a hardcore hunter shouldn't be of any concern. Bush has admitted that he too isn't much of a hunter, I haven't seen anyone on this forum condemn him. My brother-in-law only hunts deer because he enjoys being around the other guys and getting some exercise. Should I berate him because he doesn't enjoy it as much as I do??
Enjoy the fact that we have two canidates that are involved in outdoor sports and that they are getting media attention for it. If you can't see that, then you are part of the problem.

Are you serious? Yes, it's great that hunters come from all walks of life. But after reading Kerry's comments on hunting and owning guns, do you really belief him? For someone who's hunted since he was "12-13 years old", he sure doesn't look like he knows what he's doing. Crawling around after deer and hanging doves???
He's a lying politician who will change shape to try and indentify with whatever group he addresses. If that's not obvious, I don't know what is.
