Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Kerry may be excommunicated!

There is a lawyer who is trying to arrange this due to Kerry's pro-choice stance.

Taz ,
I grew up with a ferociously Roman Catholic Mother ,
if all it took was a pro abortion stance to get a Catholic excommunicated then the majority of the flock would no longer be with the church . Even if they wanted to get Catholics who've actually had an abortion kicked out it would take a Papal Bull of considerable magnitude to acheive it . For the uninitiated , a Papal Bull is a proclamation from the Holy See , not a cow cookie . It would be a very rare occurance for that to happen . The last PB I can recall was the one comdemning "the pill" in the 60s .

I sincerely doubt that anyone as ammoral as Ketchup Boy would lose sleep over being kicked out of the church anyway .

If it happens, I'll be shocked. I'll respect them more if they do though. The SBA lost credibility with the clinton fiasco.

The lawyer that is trying to push this has been debunked as not getting the pope to sign off on it. I think he should be for a few reasons. He takes communion from non catholic churches, that's a big no no. And he is pro death for babies but pro life for convicted murders.

If he does not stand behind his beliefs then he is not true at all. He only sides with what people want him to side with and not what he says he believes in, that's not a leader. A leader tells people what he believes in and then people either follow or try to lead as well or find a leader they believe in. Kerry is just a follower of the masses, that's socialism 101.

The RCC actually holds sessions for women that have had abortions and wish to return to the church, this is all very confidential etc.

But for a politician to openly advocate it -- WHOA, if JP wasn't as sick as he is, there would definately be a shot put over johnny's bow for sure.
