PC is getting way out of control now. I had something really burn my @$$ this morning. I droppped my 4 year old son off a day care and noticed a sign for the "Pumpkin Parade" the school was going to have. When I asked about this, the lady that runs it informed me that they were no longer allowed to call it Halloween anymore becasue some people got offended and also that they could say Christmas break either, it is now Winter break. This is getting WAY out of hand. What in the h**l is going on in this country when we let the left wing liberal zealots dictate halloween and christmas to us.
Amen, brotherman! I showed up to my son's preschool with my BassPro Tshirt and a lip bulging with Copenhagen, just begging to have someone give me an off glance. They are even teaching him to count in French. I'm sorry, but let's spend that time teaching our kids the letters of the alphabet and sounds they make, etc. I can't send him elsewhere because they all do that PC crap anymore.
I wonder if the Halloween issue was raised by Christian conservatives (which I am). Many of them believe that it is a Satanic "holiday." That's a bunch of bull to me but I knew a few people who made an issue out of it at their kid's school.
Who knows? My kids hear as much about Kwanza as they do about anything else. It doesn't have anything to do with blacks or whites.
This is where I practice my skills at being an a$$ complete! I just keep saying Christmas or Halloween or whatever every chance I get and when I'm corrected I just say "The country I live in calls it Christmas" What country do you live in?
