Legal ramifications for see bs?

Not a law student but i know that CBS ( see-BS) has to face some penalties or the guy that made these fraud documents? you mess around with FEDERAL documents theres a couple years in the Federal Prison? Im sure you guys could think of a couple more..... but theres got to be a heads that have to roll over.....also listening to a radio show and its suspected that a Senior Kerry Advisor made these phony documents?
