I'm not a weather guy, but the hurricane activity beating on this country has been high this season, no?
I've heard that we are in for a warm winter here in the Midwest region, if not the country. Here in MI, all of September so far has been nicer than August. Go figure.

Seriously, I have read that there is a hurricane cycle based on periodic patterns of ocean currents. The last 30 years has seen a below average number of hurricanes striking Florida, but the trend for the immediate future -- based on this periodic pattern of hurricane movement -- is going to have more than the average number of hurricanes striking Florida. Something to do with "guiding" properties of ocean currents. Just another indication that our climatologists don't know what the $*#( is the basic control mechanism of planetary climate patterns. I don't hold this against them, but I think this makes suspect the claim that man is forcing global warming and we need to strongly cut carbon dioxide emissions to stop it.
My Aunt Millie says we're having all these hurricanes because we're not going to church enough and aren't praying enough. that's her usual answer to all things when things ain't going right. Makes as much sense as the climatoligist.

Yeah, God has conspired with the RNC to wipe all the liberal Floridians off the map. You know, to prevent the same type of fiasco that almost kept Bush from winning last time around. All the liberals know that he's "God's candidate", and they will stop at nothing to see him removed, so away they go.
Maybe the Democrats will claim Bush stole Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana because the poor folks weren't given federal relief money in time and they had to stay home from the polls fixing their houses and couldn't vote!

No more tin. I don't believe in any of that stuff anyway - I was just pulling everyone's leg. There will be no NWO, no taking of our guns, no shutting this country down morally or religiously, or more eroding of the constitution and the rights it brings us. Nah. Never. Especially with the threat of the country being run by a commie!
