Default Hunting Storsjöodjuret ?

It will soon be legal in Sweden to hunt for monsters. Well, not just any old monster. We're talking about the Great Lake Monster, named Storsjöodjuret, which is Sweden's mythical inhabitant of Storsjön lake. The legendary creature, who dates back to the 1600s, has enjoyed protected status since 1986. Now that's about to change. Ready...set...go! Storsjöodjuret, the monster is fair game.

There are other remnant plesiosaur populations of this kind in other northern-latitutde, deep, cold freshwater lakes around the world, as well as the ones you listed. Two that come to mind right offhand are Lake Illiamna in Alaska, and lake Baikal in Russia. There's also something big and fast in a lake or two on Hokkaido, in Northern ***an.

Why would you want to hunt something mythical and one-of-a-kind. IMOP I would just as soon let the myth and the legend grow and not kill it off.

There is now a federal stamp that can be purchased authorizing the hunting of Champ, the Jersey devil, and Bigfoot. To purchase it, you must pay with one authentic 3 dollar bill.

The legend grows stronger the more it is hunted and the hunter fails, that's why. Just like Big Foot.

Ah yes ,
but as we all now know Bigfoot is susceptible to thrown kegs !
Farmcntry can attest to the stunning effect of even a very small one ...

Kegs are a well known factor in any hunt for mythological beasts, they enhance the legends and cause them to grow exponentially.
