Default With all the hot air in DC, this should be great

An engine that runs on compressed air and is said to be more efficient than anything else around. Get all that hot air from DC, compress it and off you go!!

It sounds like a variant of the Sterling engine ,
that's the only engine I've ever heard of that uses air as a drive .

That may well be, I am not a mechanical engineer and have little interest in such matters except as an end user. I would imagine that the limiting factors would include weight restrictions due to any on board compressor if so equipped and the size of tank required to store compressed air for driving. Air compressors require energy to operate and therefore while this is truly an alternative to piston driven vehicles it does not add up to any efficencies as far as reducing energy consumption... Yet.
