Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default USO vs Arizona(Please Read)

I'm sure many of you have heard about this, but if not here it goes. It seems that AZ will have no cap on NR. tags next year. As I read it Residents and NR will have equal chances at Tags. Furthermore, USO (George Taulman) plans on challenging other states on the same constitutional grounds. It ties in with interstate commerce laws already on the books. Some bad stuff. Maybe somebody else can shed some more light on this.

And here is the Ruling for it

Default RE: USO vs Arizona(Please Read)

I don't think all land should be equally open to non-residents, but I do think that all federal land should be open to anyone who pays federal taxes in any state, and the license cost should be the same, or at least not outrageously higher as the case usually is. If my taxes are being used just the same as a residents taxes, I should have equal acess. Not likely I'll ever hunt federal land in another state, but I should have an equal opportunity if I choose to.
