Default NY omits .50 caliber legislation!

I just read where NY has omitted outlawing .50 caliber rifles, from their anti-terrorism law. It seems that they wised up that the bill would be defeated if it contained legislation banning the .50 calibers!
While this is great news for gun owners, it shows that the liberals sometimes still use a little sence when choosing their battles!
Their own commander-in-chief, Billary Klintoon, told them in the last election to hush up about guns because it was an issue that would not get them elected!
I am seeing that the Dummycraps are planning to make gun control an issue in this election, should the AWB die in Congress!
I hope they do make it an issue! If they do GW Bush will win in a land slide!
