USO wins in AZ court.
Well the NM outfitter won a court decision filed under Montoya to prevent the state from allocating 10% of all tags for elk to non-resident hunters. Means the draw will be equal for all in spite of state funds supporting the herd and much of the habitat projects. Guess that means that it will apply to any state that limits the number of non-res tags in any way as well so we can go over and kill more elk in NM. I have no problem with non-res hunters but just am getting tired of the money and politics that are changing our landscape. Oh well, we will probly be annexed by Mexico soon so I will be able to bribe an official for a tag. I'm gonna puke.
