Suspected Militant Surrenders in Saudi Arabia
This al-Harbi character might've been close to bin Laden, but I doubt he's actively taking part in their terror operations in SA. SA pretty much says the same thing.

Harbi was the third person to surrender since Saudi Arabia announced on June 23 a one-month government amnesty aimed primarily at militants who have attacked Westerners, government targets and energy sites in the world's biggest oil exporter.

Anyone know who the other two who surrendered are?
I certainly had my doubts that anyone would surrender, so this is a surprise. What isn't, though, is the fact that none of the active, high-ranking leadership has accepted the amnesty. Well, that's what our cruise missiles are for.
