Is it being PC ,
or just using a bit of common sense ? If you're prosecuting a war in an Arab country using Israeli made ammo that may wind up being taken by the enemy is bad policy . Arabs hate Israelis in ways we can't even imagine , having them find Israeli made ammo on the battlefield will only inflame them more since they will see the connection to Israel as yet another Zionist plot to take down the Arab world . The result will be further instability and make it much harder to end the conflict .

The hardest part of fighting a war isn't killing the enemy , it's getting the situation under control and keeping it there until the enemy gives up . Arabs will never give up as long as they see Israel and us playing pattycake .

I have some some Winchester brand 223. ammo right here in my little gruby hands& it says made in Israel.Id be glad to us it& pork fat as a bullet/barrel lube& put a few where there needed.
have some south african also &korean 9mm & ruski 7.62x39& some 30.06 made in russia& danish /greek& korean&brit.Etc etc etc

I agree with you. Some muslims take deep offense to the use of Israeli weapons, and we don't need them jumping to fence to start aiding the nutjobs because of a perceived Zionist conspiracy. We don't need to use Israeli ammo, so I don't see any problem. Now if it were a choice between using their ammo and going unarmed, I wouldn't hesitate to load our boys up and get cracking.
