That dude got smoked.

I guess he learned his lesson about sitting in the middle of a street with a RPG.

obviously the result of poor training. Imagine just sitting out there in the open, dragging your feet and taking too long to fire an RPG at the other side. they just naturally are going to wax your sweet bippy to lessen the danger to them.

Yep, pretty poor soldiering on his part. With all that rubble, there's plenty of cover to be had. Does anyone know which outfit he was with? I can't tell if it's Iraq, Israel, or who knows where else.

Gruesome, yes, but not that bad. I got a worse feeling seeing that FLIR footage of the Apache pilot emptying his minigun into those insurgents planting the roadside bomb. It was dark and in black & white, but those chunks of bodies flying through the air gave me a chill.

I actually got warm fuzzies over that one knowing that a few more rats have been exterminated and a few Americans' lives were probably saved by the action.

While I can't say I enjoy seeing death, I do enjoying seeing our guys busting heads and taking names. They did a good job that night.

I was looking at that video frame-by-frame and noticed the internal deflection of this tracer round. Made me wonder if it's a .223 that tumbled/shattered or if it just hit bone. Looks like the point of impact was the right lung.

Maybe I'm just in a demented mood today. Avert your eyes if you don't want to see this frame (It's not bad, but I give you fair warning).
