Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Employed - but huge hit in pay

I don't give a rats arse anymore. I took a major pounding in pay, but it's a job.

Contract Technicians job. the company was absolutely stunned that they got someone with a master's and experience to apply... I told them to open the paper and search the internet for EE jobs.. they just laughed and said "yup, we hear ya".

Oh well, maybe it will open doors to other positions in the company.

I was kinda looking forward to snaking out toilets though.

Congratulations, fng! I hope it all works out for you, both that you enjoy this job and that you get your foot in the door to any other that you may want!

He he,

You remind me of my buddies, never let them feel sorry for themselves...

I'm still drinking liteā„¢ though. Tomorrow i'm putting some windows in a buddies house, he's supplying the beer. Silly buddy, It will cost him a fortune.

sorry for getting schitty before, I was just really really p*ssed off. I realize it acomplishes nothing, but it was unavoidable, all the pent up rage etc. was blowing all at once.

I hope i didn't p*ss anyone off too much.

You've always been ok with me. Rage and pent up stuff....now that's something I get........and you're sarcasm just makes you that much more palatable. As long as you are drinking lite....does that mean Miller? The president of beers? Sam Adams Lite? Amstel Lite? Bud Lite?

fng, snaking out toilets would probably pay more. Just make sure you get plenty of Lite before going to work on a toilet!

On a more serious note, good luck with the new job....hope something else turns up for you.
