Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

I will not make any assumptions about your post, but I would respectfully like to ask: what is your point?

I see a woman who is very sad and very lonely.

My point is tonight before ya'll go to sleep, think about what life will be when your spouse is dead and gone. Think about what it'll be like to bury her/him, to not wake in the mornings to a smile or to make small talk about nothing in particular. Think how lonely it'll be, how lost you'll feel.

Thats what this picture captures .... and more

I am a paranoid individual; my greatest fear is losing my wife. So yes, I am afraid of looking and feeling like that some day. Enjoy life while you can.

The only sure thing in life is death. While it may be sad we all know it is coming sooner or later. Don't feel bad about death just accept it as what it is.

And don't dwell on all of this..............

Instead think about all of the good times together rather than dweling on the fact that they aren't there any more and running yourself into a deep state of depression.

Don't personally give it much thought.

My wife has excellent genetics...her grandparents lived into their late 80's.

Conversely, my parents and grandparents did not make it 75.

With the fact that women outlive men...although this is somewhat of an artifact due to smoking...nature says my wife will long outlive me [&o]

That's one of those things I think you deal with when it arrives and I don't even care to remotely think of it yet.

I don't ever go to sleep thinking about what life would be without my wife. That just goes against my nature. Sure it will come someday to all of us, but I have better things to think about that....and all tho others things mentioned (burial etc)...I think about the great times we had and the great time we are having and the great times we will have....
