Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Radical rantings and other anti-social behaviors

A clearinghouse for thoughts, a forum of self-examination. A gathering place where the veneer of humanity is at times, quickly stripped so that what lies just beneath the surface is revealed in all of its glory...or at other times all of its heinous and base vulgarity.

The top 20% of humanity can provide a picture of heaven itself, while the bottom 20% has the inseparable stench of hell and burning flesh.

For brief moments, we can separate ourselves intellectually from our own bias, we can detach ourselves from our own personal experience and examine humanity as it is, instead of the categoric simplicity where we usually choose to store it in hopes of methodically insuring our own trivial existence.

Radical behaviors are most likely the personna of a member that desires to momentarily be one of the myriad creatures that is kept chained inside that member. I have never logged on as ficticious member character on this or any other board. My chained creatures are occasionally released under the name vc1111. Those creatures are the result of my personal bias and experiences and are as base and vulgar as any and all others that periodically terrorize this board. I am no better, no worse.

Examine the rules for a moment: Race, creed, color, religion are protected under these rules with a strange balance. The rules can be broken privately, but not publicly. You are to accept someone born with a certain skin color. You would be considered in inhuman if you rejected someone for a physical congential defect. Hereditary defects are a little trickier, alcoholism for example. It is said to be hereditary? Or is it a disease? Or both? Is homosexuality congenital? You can choose a religion and govern all your behaviors by that religion and others will demand that you "try to understand." All other choices are suspect and subject to judgment and persecution. Our rules are strange and obtuse. We arm ourselves with flowers in one hand and the jaw of ass in the other.

We never fail at failing to progress. I love you all, every one of you. I hate all of you, every last one of you. Nothing changes. Everything changes.

If you can figure this out, please tell me. I cannot.

It is a dilemma that Plato and Socrates described as "the Republic" and "civility"...

It is society and man's wanton desire to find companionship, thereby conforming to society's "rules".

It has never made sense and never will. Stop beating yourself up over this one bud, as the great Greek philosophers themselves understood that the greatest evil to man...is man's own self and his own self doubts

Have you been partying with fng again??

If each of us has these creatures chained inside, then don't we also have the option of which creature to unleash and therefore make such a decision daily?

While each one of us has many "creatures" which ultimalty define who we are, some creatures are stronger than others. Because of this, the stronger "creatures" show themselves more than the weaker "creatures."

Man I glad none of that applies to the likes of me

Being honest with ones self and recognizing that we have faults, harbor prejudice and hate to some degree or another to some one or some thing is all part of life. Accepting that, controlling it and ensuring it does stay on a short leash as to not hurt ones self or another is what separtes us from the man men and criminals.

A little ranting at the key board within those limits might just strengthen the leash not weaken it. Sort of shining a light upon those things we feel we must keep in the dark. The hard we work to hid them the evident to us they should become.

Vicodin and strong coffee is an evil thing......either that or vc111 is into the cheese flavored stink-bait-in-o-tube again. When combined with the coffee, the vicodin and the stink-cheese on deli-rye Triscuits there is absolutely no way to hold him responsible for his actions. He's a victim of society. I smell a lawsuit...or maybe just the stink bait.

Be careful....my alter ego---- Sister Maryelephant-----may be conjured up again....it ain't pretty

I just listen to whichever voices in my head speak the loudest. 9 out of 10 voices told me to stay home and clean my guns today.[:-]
