Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

CharlieP sounds like some very angry people. I am guessing Gobbler is probably a member there.

Some people just can't get over their own emotional issues. This guy needs a reality check.

I can't say I agree with Reagan on some issues (I was a kid when he was in office, so I'm learning about him more in retrospect), but he was a fine president, a good leader, and he meant business. He turned the country around from the mess the country had gotten into during the 70's and led us into the modern era.

His detractor has the mindset of a child, and his profane temper tantrum speaks volumes about his character.

Old Elk, I am disgusted with that board. But before you decide to lump me in with radical left wing idiots, maybe you should learn a little more about me.

I support the second admendment, I consider myside independant, and vote for politicans in both parties. Unlike alot of sheep, I do not vote a party line ticket, because many times you are putting a piece of crap in office just because they have a title beside their name.

You want an idea of me? Here are some things I believe

I do believe in funding for stem cell research

I do believe in GW's partial birth abortion bill

I do believe a woman has the right to choose

I believe in our right to bear arms

I believe Iraq was a mistake that has cost almost 1000 american soldiers lives, and the invasion was based on faulty intelligence

I believe Its a shame it costs the US tax payer 500million every three months to supply Iraqi's with Gas for .5 cents a gallon, and we are paying over $2 a gallon. The operation was called Iraqi freedom, so they should repay the costs of war for their liberation in the way of cheap oil.

I believe GW Bush is a good man, even if I dont think he is a very good president.

I have not decided who I am voting for this fall, I am waiting for the debates so I get a better idea of both mens visions and plans for the next four years. I voted for Bush Sr. and if Jr. is the better in my view after the debates he will get my vote.

I believe the republicans who questioned Kerry's war record are truely pathetic. The man is a war hero, and you do not have to like the man to accept that fact.

I believe in smaller Gov. and in paying down the national debt.

In fact Elk, before Reagan Died, a thread was started on this board about Reagans health getting worse, see who started that thread, secondly under the thread "REAGAN HAS DIED" look at my post there.

I didnt refer to a far right wing KKK hate site and accuse you of being a member of something like that, so before you typecast me, and slander me with ignorance [ I guess that was you weak attempt to be funny ] , maybe you should open your mind and learn more about me first. Thank you

No problem Elk, I just want no association with idiots like that, I think reagan was a Great man, and gave a great sence of comfort to the nation. I dont think he was a great presidnt, but he was a great human being. Anyone who wished death on him is a worthless piece of crap.

The world was a better place when Mr. Reagan was alive. He was a link to the type of person we should all try to be.

Charlie P,
I'll bet when Clinton passes away you will read the same kind of nonsense here.
If you read the whole thread you would have noticed MoPaul was admonished by others.
I see the same bitterness in your posts about John Kerry. You're no better than MoPaul in that respect.

i don't care what killed him, alzhiemers or the black plague, i'm glad he's dead and i don't care how many times i'm scolded or chastised for it. the day he took office was the most depressing day of my life, and i swore, that on the day he died, i'd drink a toast of celebration and figuratively piss on his grave and have said so to several gingrich sucking reagan worshipping dickheads.

**** ronald reagan, and i hope in some small way my **** you counteracts all the bull**** we are going to be hammered with for a ****ing month after the fall of this 'greeeeeaaaaaat human being'.

**** you ronnie, here's to ya pal. see ya in hell
You show me ANYWHERE on here where Charlie or anyone else has said anything remotely similar about John Kerry and I'll publicly get on my hands and knees and kiss your arse.

It takes someone pretty low to make such comments. "Mopaul" and his sing-song friends on Democratic Underground are nothing but bastardly cowards hiding behind the curtain of free speech. Anyone that has so much vile towards their fellow man ought to be drug into the street and horsewhipped. I would gladly volunteer my time to help swing the lashes.

He was admonished by others? "Well said!" ... "Time for a toast!" ... "Raise my glass too!" If those are admonishments, I don't want to see the ones who actually agreed with him. The only ones who did speak out against him had their posts deleted. Isn't that something? Immature yuppies get on there and use language like they use and then a post says something good about a Republican and it is deleted. Democrats should be downright embarrassed to see websites like that bearing their party's name.

What is your username on there anyway, Rem222?
