A man that stood up for me is getting gunned at by the same crap bag that got me - so i'm gunning for him behind his back and much higher up.
No jobs for guys my age unless i want to flip burgers.
To prevent myself from being a total drunk i'm pushing my skills out for free and have so far framed and drywalled the inside of a building, tore up 250 yards of carpeting glued to a cement floor, layed underlayment for a new back bar floor...
The whole time being told to "slow down" and "take a break".. guess my being extremely p***sed off is showing to virtually everyone.
I get daily updates as to the vile happenings at the prior crap hole company - they are rotten through and through, and justice never seems to prevail.
My attitude is that this country is full of a bunch of bloated chest apes who love chest beating and screwing the taxpayer..... I will not let those b&stards to take the man who stood up for me down. I will NOT allow that.
fng I knew times were trying for you, but now you have me worried, I have never heard fng say he was sorry for anything. I sure hope things take a turn for the better for you. Have you thought about going back to tending bar? Maybe you could sell wing tips?
fng after reading a little mans comments on Tillman I withdraw the above, go grab another 12 pack and become a little smaller!

RE: Sorry guys, I know i'm losing it..
With that attitude you would make a great greeter at Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowe's...
They all don't give a crap anyway, so you'd fit right in...
Seriously, with your years of experience, why don't you take a chance and go into consulting. Your own hours, own rates, own boss...seems like one of your only viable options if you want to stay in your current occupation, especially if you're not going to move...
