Kerry Unveils U.S. Defense Plan in TV Ad

If this guy thinks he can outline his national defense plan on 30 second commercials, he's dumber than I'd thought.

The ad says that for Kerry "a stronger America begins at home" and highlights his domestic plans to create jobs, lower health care costs and make the nation less reliant on Middle Eastern oil. The ad also promises "a strong military and strong alliances to defeat terror."

Oh, you mean like every presidential candidate always promises and never delivers?

Create jobs? The economy is rebounding.

Lower health care costs? Never going to happen unless we give up our technology or find a way to import prescription drugs.

Less reliant on foreign oil? How about selling your SUV's, ketchup boy?

Yes, sir, Commander-in-Chief, sir! Our supposed allies might like Kerry's socialistic leanings, but do you really believe he can sweet-talk other countries into volunteeing soldiers to die to protect the American way of life?

I think ketchup is more expensive than oil. A gallon of ketchup would probably go for about $5.00. Anyone who criticizes Bush for the high gas prices should price gas in other countries. What are they paying for gas in Europe or even Canada?

What are they paying for gas in Europe or even Canada?

Somewhere around $5 per gallon in Europe, on average. First time I went over there I learned to use the rail system rather than rent a car. I saved myself a few hundred dollars, I'm sure.
