What I don't understand is how the tow truck driver was arrested while the woman got her car back. Yes, he did something stupid by driving away, but the woman is clearly nuts! Not to mention she parked illegally, of course.

IMO the tow truck driver did absolutely nothing wrong here. He didn't endanger Li's life, she did. She's the dumb a$$ that made the choice to jump onto a moving truck.
If she hadn't parked the car illegally this all could have been avaided to begin with.

he did not attempt or imply that he was going to kill her. she jumped onto a movnig truck. thats not his fault.
why should he have stopped? she obviousally wanted to stay on there because she was yelling at the driver the entire time and she could have jumped off at any time. they couldnt have been going all that fast.
I just dont understand how jumping on his truck is his fault???

Don't park illegally and you won't have to worry about your car getting towed. She obviously didn't and her car was being towed.
Seems to me that this is just another case of a dumb a$$ person not taking responsibility for her own actions. She should be arrested for.......nah she should have just slipped and fell under the tire when she was jumping onto the truck.

Well after reading the article I would say that there were 2 idiots and the bigger idiot got in trouble. All the tow truck guy had to do was call the cops and the lady would have been the one in trouble.

I think that tow truck skeem is a bunch of bull$&!t i had my truck towed downtown cincinnati and it cost 109dollars for 10 minutes!!!! If i didnt have my son with me i woulda whipped every tow truck driver in that damn place[:@]
