Default Who here remembers the product "Hamdingers" ??

I've had that jingle from the 70's running through my head for 3 days now. I can't take it anymore.

Are you referring to those Spam type hamburgers that came in a can.

Never heard of them and they tasted pretty good when I was super hungry

I don't remember "Hamdingers". Were they around about the same time as "Make-A-Better-Burger"? That was my mom's favorite way to turn 1 pound of perfectly good hamburger into 2 pounds of unidentifiable crap.

The "things" I remember came in a can about 4 inches in diameter and 2 inches high. There were 4 hamburger shape patties that looked more like jell coated spam. You'd fry or grill them and put them on a bun. The fact that they are not around any longer tells you volumes as to there great taste and texture

Even though I don't think they've been produced in a coon's age, I believe if youhave a can or 2 they would still be as fresh as the day they were packed in the sodium nitrite................mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmm good!
