I have to say after I saw the brutal murder of Nick Berg on video I was so pissed off that if I could have boarded a plane for Iraq that second I would have. Everyone is making political hay over mistreatment of Iraqi prisoners and everyone is running around apologizing for the behaviour of a few Americans that alot of us forgot how brutal and heartless these TERRORIST are.
We must win this war and do it together not as democrats or republicans but as AMERICANS. Time to stop the fingerpointing. There is enough blame to go around for everyone.
My wife could not sleep the other night after watching the execution of Nick Berg. I'm also sorry I had watched it. I feel guilty somehow for seeing him butchered. Also lets not forget how 4 Americans were burned , dragged and hung from a bridge. Daniel Pearl, The twin towers and every that happened before that. What was the reason for those attacks? How did we provoke them to do those things?
Just being Americans? Just because they hate Freedom?

When I saw it, it made me so sickened and filled me with a desire to go over there and wreak what little havoc on them that I could with my Benelli. I was ticked off![:@][:@]

Would someone send me a link via e-mail or pm (please don't put it on here) , I have searched all over and can't find it.
OK. I have seen it, send no more links please. I don't know if it was an original or not but it was rather blury thank goodness. Non the less I have no desire to see it a 2nd time and deleted it after the first viewing.
I can understand the sick facination of wanting to watch the video of Nick Berg being beheaded, and most of my friends have seen it. A few of them have sent me links in email which I have quickly deleted. I personally haven't seen it, and never will.
If you haven't seen it yet, please don't. You know what happened, leave it at that. Just because something is available doens't mean that you have to give in to your desire to see this sick crap.
What purpose can it serve to see this?

I did not watch it or have a disire to see it. I have seen enough horror in my life to not seek out viewing more.
I do not criticize those that did or will watch it.
Nothing will bring this fellow back and viewing the event has a powerful effect Im sure. The actions of the terrorist will do them more harm here than good. The last thing that brought out such a gutteral reaction from Americans was 9/11. It took some 3000 people being murder to accomplish that reaction. Seeing those people knowing the outcome, dive out of those buildings is no less horrible than what happened to Mr. Berg. Going to one death knowingly and forcibly cannot be a soothing last thought regardless of the pain involve. Whether being driven to jump by intolerable flames and heat or held helpless is terrifying neither being the lesser of evil and horror.
Fewer people but just as strong of a reaction is rippling across the nation due to this heinous act.
