Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Can anyone explain why farmers are now getting $20 per 100 lbs vs. $10 just last fall?? Back in about 1978 they were getting $18 per, but the price wasn't as high in the stores.

I say this is finally a good thing for farmers who need it, but again it is a huge political can of worms as for the price increase. Just like at the gas pumps.

Man, for the first time in my life I'm GLAD I'm lactose intolerant! $4.85/gallon in INSANE! Makes me wonder how much goes toward taxes...(If any).

There's a huge difference for me , I don't have to buy milk to get to work . The whole milk pricing thing is just as big a scam as the gas prices ! [:@]

Hmm, my wife bought some milk on special today 2gal for $4.

I'm wondering if the big milk price increases inthe country aren't effecting Wisconsnbecause of the stupid milk pricing scheme that been in place for years: The farther away your dairy farm is from Eauclaire Wisconsin, the higher the price you are allowed to sell it for.

I'd be wary of that cheese. I had a bratwurst in Florida once and nearly puked it back up. I've also seen Sheboygan hard rolls (a key ingredient to a double bratwurst) for sale in a grocery store in Hayward once that were as hard as stones.

BTW, our "Florida Orange Juice" that comes in a cardboard container tastes nothing like Orange juice served in Florida

That's because the juice in those containers probably came from barrels on a ship that just arrived from Brazil ... [:@]
