Well we are losing our ass to a bunch of feel good morons in this poll.[:'(][:@][:'(][:@]

I know that the million moms and other cun control groups hold these highly visible rallies to promote their agenda. Why is it that the NRA and GOA guys never hold any of these type of high profile marches like the enemy does? I know that they fight for us in the political arena but why not out in the faces of the public like the million moms?

Did you noticed the lie in the second paragraph? How many handguns hold a thirty round clip? I don't know of any? Most 9mm handguns I believe use a fifteen don't they?

He also decried a provision in the law that critics contend allows owners of legal firearms to replace the housing for the firing mechanism and turn them into illegal assault weapons. He tied the loophole to October 2002 sniper attacks that killed 10 people in van Hollen's Maryland district, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

"We need to close that loophole, because real bullets that killed real people went through those loopholes," van Hollen said.

What?! Whatever that mechanism is, I guess it must allow a person to attach a pistol grip or bayonet lug. Beyond that, all firearms and receivers are regulated by the BATFE, so wtf is he complaining about?

because the people who are members of the NRA , are mostly people who have jobs and families and don't have alot of spare time to juggle much more in. ( just my guess )
