It was said by Charlton Heston is "The Torch with no Flame". It is a short speech he gave a few years ago that starts out with kids being asked if they knew what the Second Amendment was.. They didn't know! And a few even expressed how BAD guns were.

Fight, I think Charlie summed it up well. We are stumped, that is why your not getting replies. If you want to talk about the subject matter, that's another story, I think you would get lots of replies, but you are asking for the actor that said it. I don't have a clue either. I can only think of a few actors who have anything to do with guns publically and since there isn't an "eat me" reference, I know it's not the Nuge (he's not an actor anyway), so I'm going with Tom Selleck (sp?). I honestly can't think of another actor who will touch the 2nd ammendment
