I really don't have to much of an issue with what he
did in the seventies. The American Culture was different, and people did some pretty bizare things. What I
DO have an issue with is his current rendition of history.
He did things that were popular at the time, but are not popular today...So.........Instead of just "facing the music", he is trying to turn things around to fit his agenda.
The other question that I have is his "records". He has had the audacity to publically question President Bush's record on numerous occasions, but will not let his own records be a matter of public scrutiny. The issue of his medals has been around since the beginning of his campaign, but he has yet to address them.
Quite frankly, his whole attempt at running for President has been a farce. From day one the whole democratic caucas has been nothing more than a grand old "bush Bashing" party. Now that he has taken the lead spot and his personal character is being called into question, things are starting to look a little bleak for the "Anyone but Bush" candidate.
I would like to add this remark;
Kerry still does not have the "official" seal of approval as the presidential candidate for the democratic party.
In my humble oppinion, Kerry is not gonna be the guy on the ticket. After all of the crap is dug up on Kerry, and he has been dis-credited enough,,,a new face will emerge as the "saviour" of the party and get the nomination.
I'm gonna throw this remark in for good measure....Without exception, every person that I know in the military absolutely LOVES President Bush...(The same folks that are in harms way now) To them, he is
Da Man ....... That just irks the libbies to no end. I think that is the greatest thing since sliced bread and peanut butter
