I guess I post this thread because I have known Tom Nelson for many years. I bought all my bows from Tom before Anderson Archery went out of business. He still lives in the same hometown as I do.
This award couldn't have gone to a more deserving person. I wish him well.
Saw his show just this morning. One of my favorites. He appears to be pretty level-headed and doesn't say "spirit of the wild" every third sentence. Gotta love the show for that alone.
Actually my favorite ODC show.
You can see he still gets all excited when he is stalking or after he shoots.
He also has the style of speaking that is so down to earth and personal.
Next time you see him Ubub, tell him he's got a lot of fans out there
