Abomination of a Presidential Candidate!

Does anybody else think it was an abomination for Kerry to quote Bible scripture for the purpose of trying to humiliate and ridicule a man who uses the Bible in his personal life and to also somehow promote his political aspirations?

We had anoither candidate who's candidacy was unbelievable.....he even tried to make us believe he didn't inhale.....

Kerry was an abomination even before this incident. This just sews it up. The man represents the liberal wing of the democratic party to a tee. He has no morals and cares only about getting the power back to the liberals in the democratic party. What does the liberal wing have in common of the old Democratic Party? Nothing! The only comparison that can be made is that they both claim to be Democrats, there is nothing in the democrat party that resembles the party of 40 years ago. None of the principles that made the democrat party great at one time exists anymore.The Democrat voters in this country better soon wake up and reclaim their party from these extremists or the party will die And then the opening will be created for another party to enter the fold. Probably the Libertarian Party. JMHO

Liberals always want to campaign as "moderates! " Kerry is doing it just as Klintoon did before him. They seem to know that not many would vote for them if they ran as a true liberals! I don't know how anyone with any sense would not see through this masquerade! No one whats to be labeled a "liberal," not even the liberals themselves!
Remember when Reagan called Ducrapus a liberal? It was like slapping him in the face!

Remember a liberal in sheeps clothing is still a lying liberal! If they can't tell the truth to be elected, how can we trust them with the keys to the country?!
BTW, I know there are some who will say that GW Bush is not a conservative. Well, he may not be the ultimate conservative, but he's a regular Ronald Reagan conservative, compared to John Forbes Kerry-Heinz!

Kenton6, when we call ourselves Christian, people are going to take notice of our actions. Thus we need to be careful of what we do and say. Christ also said... Judge not, lest you be judged. It was a common theme of Jesus Christ that we will be judged in the same way that we judge. Thus humility is a virtue. The humble will be lifted up.

I must say, Kerry's remark is quite a low blow. I cannot think of another time when Scripture was used against a President in a race like this.

But let me also say, in defense of Kerry, that in this context... that of being in a church, the use of scripture may be appropriate?

Is the Gov't treasury George Bush's to give? Shows you how John Kerry thinks.

I wonder how much of his own money or time, John has given to the poor and less fortunate.... Judge and ye shall be judged... Ouch!
