Audrey Seiler, student at UW Madison, faked her own kidnapping. Left her home at 2:00 am in sweatpants, found four days later crawling out of a swamp.
She said the man who kidnapped her held her at knifepoint, and restrained her with duct tape and a rope.
She was caught on video surveillance at a local gas station buying some of those items (probably the duct tape and rope she used to restrain.. HERSELF)
What kind of a freaking society do we live in??
I go to UW eau claire, just two hours north of that girl. There were pictures posted all over my school, in hopes someone had seen her.
I'm so sick of women faking their own kidnapping and rape. I think there should be a new law set forth of a ten YEAR jail penalty for faking such a crime.
its a good thing I don't know her, or she really WOULD have something to worry about...[:@]
The whole story seemed kinda fishy from the start. She goes out on Sunday 2:30 a.m. (right when the bars are getting out) with no keys, purse, or shoes. This is only one month after she was actually mugged and hit in the head with a blunt object (reportedly anyway). Any chick that goes out alone after being mugged one month earlier has some issues.
I heard that at that same time another girl from MN was "missing" for three days. She was supposed to be at UW-Lax, but decided to drive to S.Dakota without telling anyone. She called her parents after she heard the missing reports on the radio. Dumb.
Handles had a handle on it from the start it seems.
My wife and I both smelled a rat from the report of the first incident with her. But being from WI, we know how screwed up people in Madison are and to add to that she is from Minnie soda say no more
One thing, she has done untoll damage to the credibilty of the next victim and women in general when these cases arise

That is the saddest part of all.
If there is even one second's hesitation on anyone's part to act quickly when the next girl disappears, it will be her fault.
She needs to be punished harshly.
