Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Election issues

So what do you personally consider your most important issues when voting in this election?

For those replying with gun control, who will you be voting for?

Matt,

I think I would be safe in saying "NOT Kerry!!"

THE single most important issue in the race this year is terrorism and the security of our nation. We have too soon forgotten the terror of 9/11. When you make the mistake of forgetting your lessons, you have to repeat the course. I fear that we will see terrorism within our borders between now and the election.

I have no doubt the FBI and CIA are doing everything they can to ensure it doesn't happen. But one thing is for sure, John Kerry is NOT the man to deal with terrorism. John Kerry is NOT the man to deal with international affairs. John Kerry is NOT the man to deal with our military needs. He is anti- security, anti-military and pro-UN. NUFF said!!

I'm voting Libertarian. The party that lets you keep your guns so you can shoot terrorists yourself.

Bill, I had assumed that much, but I'm one of those 3rd party weirdos, so in my mind not Kerry doesn't necessarily equal Bush. I was just curious if those that listed gun control as their most important issue were going to hold Bush responsible for his pro gun control stance and vote for someone who is actually against gun control, or if they were going to let him(Bush) slide out of fear for Kerry.

That may be true about your mind, but in REALITY, not Bush does equal Kerry!

I should have been more precise- what I meant is that a vote for 'not Kerry' doesn't necessarily equal a vote for Bush. It's wide open to debate as to whether a vote for a 3rd party candidate will actually end up giving the election to the evil opposition(whoever you see that to be), but that wasn't my point.
