I was walking through an area in central Arkansas today that 128.564 million years ago was tropical rain forest surrounded by warm, shallow oceans, and I found a small bone on the surface of the earth. I proceeded to excavate the site and what I found was amazing. After a long, arduous dig, I had successfully uncovered front and rear leg bones, neck and central skeletal bones of what very well might be the missing link between the Archaeoptyrkosauraus and the Flyingwahooarooasaur. The bones were slightly lighter and hollow like those of birds, but many of the other bones held characteristics of a more pig like animal - obvious evolution at work !
