Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Saw The Passion of the Christ yesterday...

There are no words to describe the feeling you get from the movie. All I can say is the critics that said it was anti -semetic and all the other crap you saw on the news was NOT true. It is a movie you have to experience for yourself. I will say that the only thing that the media got right about it was that is was quite graphic, but it needed to be!

I give it an excellent rating. Thumbs ^up^

My wife said the same thing. She doesn't think she'd be able to watch it again. I am going again tommorrow, only because my mom wants to see it, but didn't want to wait until during the week to see it with her sister, so she asked if I could go again. Maybe this time I can figure out if my heart is heavy or if it is happy that I may one day see the Father because of Jesus sacrifice.

I have'nt saw it yet but plan on it, The supreme sacrifice of Jesus is so bitter sweet, so sad but so great and we all should be thankful for what he did, A sad thing is Jesus died in vain for those that deny Him. Jesus=Perfection.

I hear this movie is all closed captioned, is it hard to read the caption and watch the movie at the same time?

no, luckily it takes a long time to spit out that arabic so there is plenty of time to read everything and still watch. While I can say that I am glad that they ended up subtitling everything, I think Mel might have been onto something when he first said that it was just going to be in arabic, it really doesn't need any words when you get down to it.

I would say that this is the first movie I have ever seen in a theater where I didn't move a muscle in my seat (except for toe curling and whincing)

It isn't any easier the second time around. The theater was packed full, alot of tears. My mom didn't say a word the whole way home and then just went upstairs to her apartment. It takes a few hours for it all to sink in.

I want to see it, but not at the expense of supporting Mel Gibson. I'll wait till it comes out on dvd and let somebody else pay him.

I wouldn't worry too much about Mel, He did the right thing by making this movie as correct as can be and I believe this was an inspired making not an ego thing. The message you will get cannot be bought by any one of us.
