RE: Martha Stewart going to the big house!
My wife likes Martha Stewart's persona, and domestic teaching she sells herself on through her mag and shows and whatnot. My wife is no idiot and knows the shark on the other side of the curtain though, but she still thinks it's a shame that people like Clinton can kill whoever the hell he wants, get beejers and convinces America that isn't really sex, OJ, as well as all the other filth that should have been put away that goes untouched. I can see my wife's point which it sounds like some of you may agree with too, but I can't stand when someone in the public's eye does something illegal and one, people think they should be warned or given a soft sentence, and two, they seem to squirm their way out of it. I am sure this isn't the end all of the deal and she'll get appeals and better lawyers and wind up right back in the kitchen or the patio mixing her pastel colors for all of us once again. And it's not a matter of "what would you have done?", it's a matter of what is illegal but only to who you are. I'm sick of that crap. Look at the city officials in San Fran that are allowing themselves to break the laws by marrying gays. We could go on and on about how people break laws and get away with it. When's that going to end? Never. But it's about time someone gets their meals handed to them through bars and set an example that hey, you can't break the freaking laws![:@]
