Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

We have been considering the possibility of a woman president for the past several years and find the prospect nauseating considering the number one prospect (Hillary).
Beyond that, if we had the choice of a Woman of the stature of Mrs. Thatcher or Golda Meier she would probably win and be supported.
The difference between a woman president and any other president would depend on that individuals personality and ability to handle the office.

I would support a woman to hold high office, on a few Conditions. First she would of course have to be Christian. Second she would have to be married, to a Christian man without a history of divorce, or adultry, and third her agenda must be Biblically based on all matters.

I do realize these are my standards, and not those of the worlds.

She couldn't screw up any worse than some of the men we've put into the Presidency !

I agree with Coastie , someone as tough as Mrs. Thatcher just might be what we need to get back on track .

Just wondering MM, do you hold the same requirements for a male candidate?

If there were a female candidate who I believed in, I would have no problem voting for her. Margaret Thatcher is a good example.

I hate to even ask why. Please don't say it's because women are easily manipulated.

I might support Rice for President. I don't care, male or female - as long as they can get the job done.

I vote for the candidate and thier voting record, not their sex or marital status.

MM I have a question, why can the man be single and the woman not?

(1st), why must a woman be married but a man cannot?
(2nd), why must a president not ever have been divorced?
(3rd), for example, how would you bibically base economic decisions?
