Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Who is more liberal, Edwards or Kerry?

I haven't heard too much about them, except that Kerry purports to have tax cuts for the "middle class," which as far as I know means anyone with an income of less than $10,000 a year.

Also, where do they stand on the second ammendment?

I have heard several bold predictions that Edwards will overtake Kerry, and apparently they are very close in Wisconsin, as indicated by exit polls today....

Good question. I honestly don't know much about Edwards' specific positions.

I don't have Edwards gun-issue voting records in front of me, but I have heard him say that he supports the 2nd Amendment and believes that law-abiding Americans should have access to firearms.

I took a look at GOA's 108th Congress ratings and saw that Edwards did not return their questionaire, which is disappointing. Kerry got an F.

Most all Democrats are saying this kind of thing now. Its after the elections when they sing a different tune.

Klintoon himself has as much as told them to "shut up about gun issues!"

After the elections it will be different! Especially if not only they got the White House but Congress too!
Ms. Feinstien has said herself "IF WE HAD THE VOTES....."
So, Mr. Edwards wlould do as any good demmie would do, he would toe the party line!

They are both poor choices for any type of leadership.

Yes, I remember Kerry giving the same type of canned response during his well-publicized dove hunting trip. I tend to keep an open mind about gun issues with politicians who grow up around guns, and Edwards fits the bill for that. But he does subscribe to the same party logic that most of his Democratic colleagues retch up, so you never know.

I believe that Kerry is the most liberal of the two. Both are far more liberal than Bush.

Hi DougMD,

This is not meant towards you at all....but I liked the question....it made me chuckle. As to which is more liberal.....Edwards or Kerry? That's alot like which stinks most......chicken s**t or pig s**t? I'm not sure I know the answer.....

I JUST KNOW THAT THEY BOTH STINK!

On gun issues kerry supported the brady bunch 100% of the time with 21 votes out of 21 votes going in brady's favor, edwards was a 77% brady supporter, he voted with them 7 out of 9 times.
