Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Kerry's non-approval of Pres Bush being at Daytona

I go through phases in an election year - from fuming mad to quietly humble and listening, to all out roaring laughter. This morning I heard Kerry say that the President should have been jump starting the economy rather than jump starting a race (talking about the Daytona 500). Is that not the stupidest thing he could have said? Doesn't it make him look like a jealous no-brained idiot? I find this stunningly funny.

Do you really think people are swayed by this kind of political mud-slinging BS? You know it'll get worse and deeper for both sides, but we know they are all a bunch of lying ba$tards anyway, so what good doe it do? Are you swayed by someone's background as much as what their future looks like?

It's election year. I think the Bush trip to Daytona was a trip well planned - very smart move. He needs to pull off more trips to the average Joe's hang outs.

If Kerry would spend more time on HOW he intends to jump start the economy among other issues, rather than harping on how he's going to beat Bush and take back the white house he might gain a few more points on Bush.

It appears Kerry will get the Dem nomination and the Bush camp knows it. I look for Bush and company to take off the gloves and expose Kerry for the rambling blithering liberal he is. Kerry has no record of "results" in the senate and no decisive plan for America's future.

Bush is not the nice guy his pop was. That's why Clinton whipped him so bad. I see this whole 2004 election thing gettin real ugly. GO to it Boys - and may the best republican win.

If Kerry bothered to learn anything about racing, he'd know Bush wasn't "jumpstarting' the race. But then, Kerry appears to know as little about the economy and getting elected President as he knows about racing. Jorgy, trust me, Kerry does not want to actually discuss issues, ideas and proposed solutions to solve current problems. He does not have any specific plans or ideas so he has gone on the attack against Bush, largely because he's trying to steal Dean's apparently winning tactic.

This is a fact! If you Bush haters want to look at Kerr'y voting record you'll see for yourselves. But I'm sure you'd rather just cut and paste some article saying "Kerry is a Good Guy, He went to Vietnam" Blah Blah Blah!

A review of kerry's voting record shows that he voted the same as kennedy on 99% of the issues. For the other 1%, he was to the left of kennedy. He's as liberal as he can be.

Most Americans are so ill-informed about economic matters and taxation that even a monkey could get political mileage by repeating a disparaging remark about those two topics in relation to a political opponent.

"The tax breaks were for the rich only." --Its a fantastic lie, but on talk radio all around this country people are like half-dead fish mouthing that mantra.

Kerry is simply saying and doing those things that he knows will get him elected. The Democrats have within their ranks pockets of deep resentment for how the last election ended.

The Republicans would do well to remember that and be very prepared for a very tough battle. Its coming and soon.
